Absolutely love F45 Parkdale! I was immediately warmly welcomed by Heather, and had a first intro class with other people who just joined. It was a great way to meet new people in the area! The trainers are all amazing and highly skilled. They give really great tips and adjustments in a very encouraging way. The music is always so so good. Especially on cardio days I find myself getting into a really focused mode and able to push myself hard. I love that I just show up, don’t have to think or plan anything for the workout and every time I feel amazing after! Heather likes to call it endorphin land and you will get hooked! There are even fun challenges where you get to be part of a team and do additional challenges together and earn points for your team. And a newbie challenge when you join with really great prizes! And fun themed workouts! All the trainers and the other members are so friendly and welcoming that it has such a great community vibe. Please try this out!

I strongly recommend f45, and especially this location, to anyone looking to get back into fitness. The classes are a good length, non repetitive, you don’t have to plan your workouts, and it’s set up to hold you accountable. The coaches are there to help with form, if you have questions, and offer alternatives if you can’t do an exercise due to injury/etc. Specific to this location, the coaches and staff really make an impact on how positive the experience has been.
